MINIMUM NUMBERS
Certain parts of our catering are subjected to minimum numbers. All items are 1 per person unless otherwise indicated.
HOW WE CHARGE
All prices in this selector include food and preparation labour and are inclusive of GST. Labour will be charged for functions delivered outside of Chartwells normal operating team, Functions requiring additional staff will be quoted accordingly. All prices in this selector are for Monday to Friday. For events outside these days, including weekends, public holidays and non-semester periods, please contact us and we will provide a quote based on the information provided.
NOTICE PERIOD
We require final numbers 2 working days prior to the event and 3 working days if your event has more than 30 guests. If your event contains meals with dietary/allergy free meals a minimum of 3 working days is require. We regret some options may not be available when minimum notice has not been provided. Please contact your approving manager directly to ensure your order is processed. We may substitute some items in this instance. Final numbers for events greater than 30 pax is required 3 working days prior to the event. Small increases may be accepted at sole discretion of Chartwells and depending on menu; some substitutions may be included if numbers increase within this time frame. For changes to amendments to your even please call our functions co-ordinator on 0448 879 370 to update your order. To ensure we do not miss a request please do not send requests via email. Your confirmation of acceptance once submitting your request will be considered acceptance of these terms and conditions.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
We have menu choices that are vegetarian, low lactose or low gluten. We operate a nut aware kitchen and allergen management plan. Please be aware that some ingredients may contain traces of allergens as specified by the manufacturer. Other dietary requirements such as Halal or Kosher will incur additional costs. In order to fulfil dietary/allergen requests we require the person's full name, their allergen/dietary info and the location for this person if there are multiple locations for the events.
